Ingredients

Bread:
500 gr High protein flour
8 gr Yeast
100 gr White sugar
1 gr Bread Improver
15 gr Milk powder
1 whole Egg
1 egg yolk
275 gr Milk
60 gr Butter/Margarine
6 gr Salt

Filling:
150 gr Prochiz Spready
150 gr Whipped Cream
50 gr Butter
25 gr Castor sugar
5 gr Milk powder

Topping:
PROCHIZ Cheddar
Strawberry

INSTRUCTION

  1. To make bread, mix all dry ingredients except salt, mix on slow speed for 1 minute
  2. Add eggs and milk, then mix again for 3 minutes on medium speed
  3. Add margarine/butter and salt, mix until smooth
  4. Remove and rest the dough for 10 minutes (cover it with plastic)
  5. Cut and divide the dough into 12, shape it into a ball, rest for another 10 minute
  6. Prepare a round baking pan with a diameter of 20cm, grease it with a tin greaser
  7. Take the bread dough, then deflate and shape the dough slightly taper then place it on a baking sheet, one pan contains 6 pieces of dough
  8. Let the dough rise 3 times
  9. Bake in the oven on low heat of 180°C and above 175°C for approximately 23 minutes
  10. After the bread is done baking, immediately remove it from the pan and brush the top of the bread with butter
