Peran & Tanggung Jawab :

•Lead warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material handling, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, and other materials.
•Ensure inventory accuracy, stock control, and proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO.
•Monitor warehouse productivity, material quality, stock aging, and storage conditions.
•Oversee SAP transactions, stock opname, inventory reporting, and material movement.
•Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal, 5R, and SHE standards.
•Manage warehouse resources, equipment, forklift scheduling, and operational efficiency.
•Lead, develop, and evaluate warehouse team performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Kualifikasi :
•Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum experience of 6 years for high school graduates, 5 years for D3 graduates, or 3 years for Bachelor’s degree holders.
•Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and FIFO/FEFO systems.
•Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
•Understanding of food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards.
•Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
•Forklift operation skills and a valid SIO are preferred.
