Ingredients

Vegetable:
1 Carrot
1 Bell pepper
1 Potato
1 Cucumber
1 Eggplant
1 Broccoli
50 ml Cooking Oil

Seasoning:
200 gr Bread Crumb
1 tsp Garlic Powder
20 gr Prochiz Cheddar Royale, grated
1 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Dipping:
Prochiz Mayo! Salad Dressing

INSTRUCTION

  1. Peel and chop the vegetables, wash thoroughly, add oil and mix thoroughly.
  2. Combine all the spices and mix thoroughly.
  3. Cover the vegetables with the seasoning ingredients.
  4. Then roast the vegetables at 170°C for approximately 30 minutes or until browned.
  5. Serve with Prochiz Mayo! Salad Dressing as a dipping sauce.
