Prepare three 20 cm cake pans lined with baking paper, then preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat eggs, granulated sugar, emulsifier, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla essence starting from low speed, gradually increasing to high, until the batter is fluffy.
Sift in all the dry ingredients and fold until combined.
Add melted (not hot) butter, then mix until smooth.
Divide the batter evenly into the three prepared pans.
Bake for 18–20 minutes or until fully cooked (adjust to your oven).
Once baked, remove, cool, and trim the top crust.

Remove from heat and let cool.
Simple syrup is ready to use.
Assembly:
Take one cake layer and brush the surface with simple syrup.
Spread cheese cream evenly to the desired thickness.
Stack with another cake layer and repeat the steps until all layers are used.
Cover the entire cake with cheese cream.
